This morning the shots of @Ecomondo pushed me to reflect on this whole movement of restaurants that are switching to vegan. Some of the best restaurants in the world (such as Eleven Madison Park's, Chef and owner Daniel Humm) are shifting to a totally vegan approach, completely transforming their concept and menus. What I do with porcelain follows this wave 100%. A work that follows and respects nature, that is inspired by it. Should the food served above it also have the same ethics?

Questa mattina gli scatti di @Ecomondo mi hanno spinta a riflettere su tutto questo movimento di ristoranti che stanno passando al vegano.
Alcuni dei ristoranti migliori al mondo (come ad esempio Eleven Madison Park's, con lo Chef e proprietario Daniel Humm) stanno passando a un approccio totalmente vegano, trasformando completamente il loro concept e i loro menu.
Quello che faccio con la porcellana segue al 100% quest'onda. Un lavoro che segua e rispetti la natura, che si ispiri ad essa. Deve forse anche il cibo che viene servito sopra di essa avere la stessa etica?
